Studio Choo Review

Wow.  Studio Choo did the flowers for my wedding last weekend at the Headlands Center for the Arts and I was completely blown away.  I met with four florists before deciding to go with Studio Choo and could not be happier with my decision.  From the beginning Jill and Alethea were a complete dream to work with.  Our initial consultation was at a coffee shop in the Mission with both of our little dogs in tow.  It was then that I realized Studio Choo was not like other typical wedding florist-- what a breath of fresh air!  On top of completely understanding my vision (local, seasonal, wildflowery) they were extremely reasonable.  My floral budget was pretty tight and they had no problem at all working with me (unlike some of the other florists I met with who quoted me almost three times as much for fewer arrangements!).

On the day of the wedding, Jill and Alethea added so many beautiful, unique, unforgettable touches.  They strung amazing little gourd garlands across the stairway balconies, put together Fall "tablescapes" using my vintage bottle collection on the cocktail tables, and wound delicate fragrant vines through the non-working sinks in the bathrooms.  But my bouquet took the cake-- it was seriously the most beautiful bridal bouquet I had ever seen.  I was amazed that they understood so exactly what I wanted from the dozen or so photographs I had sent them.

I feel extremely lucky and honored to have had Studio Choo do my wedding arrangements.  The flowers were elegant, unpretentious, imaginative, unique, fresh and bright-- just like Jill and Alethea.  I couldn't recommend them enough.
